RETURN POLICY

Direct-Dealer Inc. committed to providing high-quality new and refurbished IT equipment that is delivered to you in excellent condition. However, there may be occasions where the product you purchase turns out to be defective, incompatible, or simply not what you thought you had ordered. Whatever the case, we are here to sort this out for you. All products come with 30 days replacement warranty, until it is mentioned specifically.

Faulty Products

If you find a fault with your products within the warranty period, let us know immediately and we will either fix the problem, or send out a replacement. These replacement parts may be different FRU, spare, or part number from the one you ordered.If we receive a product back under warranty and once tested there is "No Fault Found" or the problem is due to an Incompatibility problem with your setup hardware/software there is a $10 charge for testing and 25% restocking Fee.

Change / Cancellation

You have the right to cancel an order from the moment it has been placed on our site right up until 14 days from the day after you receive the products. If you need to change any details of an order you have placed with us, delivery address, quantity, or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. If you notify us of cancellation before we ship the product, then we will refund your account with no extra charge. If you cancel your order after receiving the goods, you may be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Change of Mind / Non-Faulty Returns

Unwanted products will be taken back within 14 working days of purchase so long as they are in original condition, the package is unopened and no seals have been broken. If there has been no fault on our part then there will be 25-50% restocking Fee; and it's important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. Original condition: Accessories, manuals, software and warranties must be enclosed in their original packaging and should be undamaged.

Wrong / Incomplete Product

If delivered products do not match your order or are missing items, we will of course be able to resolve this promptly and supply the correct product for you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Remember! Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please allow up to 2 working day for authorization of your return and RMA Number.
